Summary:
Customers exporting multiple whiteboards from Miro often receive a multi-page PDF or a ZIP containing several PDFs. Currently, Confluence only supports importing single-page PDFs for whiteboards. When a multi-page PDF is imported, only the first page is processed, and the rest are ignored, resulting in incomplete imports and additional manual work for users.
Customer Impact:
- Users must manually split multi-page PDFs into single-page files before importing, which is time-consuming and can degrade design and font quality.
- Standard Miro exports often produce multi-page PDFs, making the current workflow cumbersome and unintuitive.
- Customers are requesting the ability to import multi-page PDFs directly, preserving quality and reducing manual steps.
Request:
Enable support for importing multi-page PDFs (each page as a separate whiteboard or as intended by the user) when importing Miro exports into Confluence. This will streamline the workflow, improve user experience, and maintain the quality of imported boards.
