Issue Summary

When exporting a Confluence page to PDF with IP allowlisting enabled, image files on the exported PDF display as "preview unavailable" instead of rendering correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure IP allowlisting on the Confluence Cloud site.
2. Create or open a Confluence page that contains image attachments.
3. Export the page to PDF.
4. Open the exported PDF file.

Expected Results

All images embedded in the Confluence page should be visible and rendered correctly in the exported PDF file

Actual Results

Images in the exported PDF display as "preview unavailable" instead of the actual image content.

Export in word.
