Issue Summary

importer-status-dashboard shows incorrect date format under Date Started column.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the importer-status-dashboard from confluence tools (Import from third party tools)
2. Check the Date Started column, the date format is in correct.
3. Month and dates are interchanged.

Expected Results

Date Started column should have the correct format 

Actual Results

Date Started column has Month and dates interchanged.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
