Issue Summary:

When clicking the profile picture macro, it goes incorrect location

Hover the macro > click view profile, it works
Click the profile icon or external link icon, it goes incorrect location

Steps to reproduce:

1. Insert the profile picture macro(https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-profile-picture-macro/)
2. Click the profile icon or external link icon, it goes incorrect location

Expected result:

Redirected to the users profile

Actual result:

See the following error

Looks like we're off the beaten track
