Summary
Add a proper audit trail for Confluence Cloud page owner changes, so admins can see who changed ownership, from which user to which user, and when.
Description
Today, changing a page’s owner in Confluence Cloud (via UI, Content Manager, or API) is treated as a metadata update and is not recorded in the Confluence audit log. Admins cannot easily answer questions like “who changed the owner of this page?” or “when did ownership move from user A to user B?”, nor can they report on ownership changes across spaces. This is a gap for customers who need accountability and evidence of responsibility over content, especially for knowledge bases and regulated environments. The request is to log page‑owner changes as first‑class audit events, visible in the audit log UI and via the audit REST API, including page details, previous owner, new owner, actor, and timestamp.
