      Issue Summary

      Database entry panel, user field does not trigger email notifications/in-app notifications.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Database with a user field.
      2. change the table view to gallery or board.
      3. add or edit an entry and @ mention a user.
      4. Notification email does not get triggered.

      Expected Results

      In-app and email notifications should get triggered.

      Actual Results

      In-app and email notifications are not triggered.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
