PDF export fails to render attachments when Page is created from loom

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any loom video created with transcript
2.  Click on Generate >> SOP >> Create in Confluence
3. The confluence page created from loom video doesn't add the attachments locally on the page instead adds external URLs
4. These external URL's are not rendered in PDF export under Confluence

Expected Results

PDF export should render the attachments even though they are not locally attached

Actual Results

PDF export creates a grey box with a circle spinning instead of the images

Workaround

Once, the page is created in Confluence then copy paste the whole page content and create a new page.
or
Download the attachments. Remove the old attachments from the page and re-add the attachment using /image macro.
