Finding persons with mail address is not working as ecpected

      Issue Summary

      Using mail id in user pickers is not functioning as expected

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a space permissions/share dialog of a page/space detais
      2. Try finding a user using htier mail id.

      Expected Results

      The user should be searchable

      Actual Results

      The name doesnt appear

      Workaround

      Please try using the first name or last name
