Problem Definition

Currently, there's REST API endpoint to get the list of content state setting for space. However, there's no REST API endpoint to add the content state.

Why this is important

• Currently, the C2C migration tool and backup/restore options do not migrate the custom content states. Thus, admins have to bulk modify the content states after the migration.
