Issue Summary
When viewing a database in board layout, not all items are displayed in each column if the total number of items exceeds approximately 40. Table and gallery views display all items correctly. The issue is reproducible across multiple dashboards. Moving items between columns can sometimes make missing items reappear. Development has identified this as a virtualization issue related to variable card sizes in the board layout.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a database in Confluence and add more than 40 items.
- Open the database and switch to the board layout view.
- Ensure there are more than 40 items in the database.
- Compare the number of items shown in each column with the table and gallery views.
- Optionally, move an item between columns and observe if missing items reappear.
Expected Results
All items in the database should be visible in each column of the board layout, matching the count shown in table and gallery views.
Actual Results
Some items are missing from columns in the board layout when there are more than 40 items in the database. Moving items between columns can sometimes make the missing items reappear. Table and gallery views always display all items correctly.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
