Issue Summary

Attachments added to a Database under the files and media field are not listed under space attachments or even specific databases attachments section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a database
2. add files and medio field
3. Upload any attachments
4. There is no database attachments section like pages 
5. the uploaded attachments are not listed under space attachments as well. 

Expected Results

• Attachments list should be availble for databases similar to page attaments.
• These attachments should also be visible under space attachments.

Actual Results

Attachments not liksted under space attachments.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
