Implement a Team Calendar/PagerDuty integration for Confluence Cloud

      Problem

      In Confluence Data Center, the Team Calendar feature was able to be integrated with PagerDuty schedules, with clear documentation providing support. However, Confluence Cloud does not appear to officially support Team Calendar/PagerDuty integration, and existing subscriptions to PagerDuty schedules via Confluence Cloud Team Calendars appear to sporadically break.

      Suggested solution

      Implement an officially supported Team Calendar/PagerDuty integration for Confluence Cloud.

      Why this is important

      Customers rely on PagerDuty schedules for important on-call information. For those who spend a significant amount of their work time in Confluence Cloud, being able to see this information in a stable and supported fashion from within the app is vital.

      Workaround

      Currently, no known workaround is available.
