Unable to export page to PDF format due to custom font timeout

      Issue Summary

      When trying to export a page to PDF format, it fails at 50%

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the page
      2. Export the page in PDF format

      Expected Results

      The PDF export should be exported without any issues

      Actual Results

      The export fails at 50%

      Workaround

      Update as of Nov 18th,2025
      Please try removing the custom font from the PDF export language support settings, then re-add it. This “reset” will resolve the issue in the meantime.
