Clicking on "Questions" button app lead to a Missing "Questions for Confluence" space error, even after a new/fresh install

      Issue Summary

      When a install/reinstall is done on a site, even if the app installation is successful, when the user clicks on the Apps > Questions for Confluence, or at the space left sidebar > Questions button, they might get an error mentioning "Missing "Questions for Confluence" space" and to contact support.

      This happens as the space is not created for the Questions for Confluence due to some issues on the backend.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Questions for Confluence on a site
      2. Go to Apps > Questions for Confluence, or access a space and on the left sidebar menu, click on the button "Questions"

      Expected Results

      The Questions for Confluence space is already created and a message to create a questions/topic is displayed

      Actual Results

      Error icon and message is displayed instead: Missing "Questions for Confluence" space - Contact support

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
