Issue Summary

Currently, we can not make image hyperlinks in Confluence whiteboards. However, the same can be done in a page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a whiteboard
2. Add an image to it. In the image edit panel, we don't get the option to add a link to the image.

Expected Results

Creating image hyperlinks should be possible in whiteboards, as it works in pages.

Actual Results

Image hyperlinks can't be created.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
