      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page and add some checkboxes
      2. Export the page to word

      Expected Results

      The word export must contain the checkboxes

      Actual Results

      The check boxes come as a bulleted list

      Workaround

      Export to PDF as it works fine of PDF format
