Issue Summary

Moving sticky notes over multiple sections, sometimes the sticky note is hidden behind the section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a whiteboard with sections and sticky notes.
2. Move one sticky note to other sections.

Expected Results

The moved sticky note should appear above the section, remaining visible.

Actual Results

The moved sticky note becomes hidden behind the section. It only becomes visible again if the top sticky note is moved away. This issue does not occur in every section.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
