1. Granular Control per Space:
   Administrators should be able to enable or disable emoji reactions for individual spaces as needed.

1. Control per Content Type:
   Administrators should be able to configure emoji reactions to apply only to certain content types — for example, enabling them for blog posts but not for pages.
