Confluence Databases: Applying filters should update the URL dynamically

      Currently, when filters are applied to a Confluence database, the URL does not update dynamically, like when changing a search in Jira Cloud does update the URL dynamically.

      This enhancement would be great in terms of allowing users to save/bookmark their own filtered views without having to save a new "official" view.
