Issue Summary

Embedded pages that use shim urls, use a legacy macro contain nested tables don't render

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence document 
2. Create another page with a nested table
3. Use an include macro to include the second page in the first
4. Embed the first page using Embedded Confluence and include a shim url
5. Page will show an error when loading

Expected Results

Embedded page loads without issue.

Actual Results

Workaround

Do not use nested tables in content that will be embedded using a shim url.
