Issue Summary

 
In the #hot-120145 and #hot-120622, the confluence page with legacy editor fails to load completely when media getImageMetadata endpoint fails(or return empty body).

the error log from confluence:
Giving up retrying ResilientMediaApiClient::getFileImageMetadata after 3 retries, with result: Either.Left(Failure{cause=com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Cannot find child node with name:original
at [Source: (org.apache.http.conn.EofSensorInputStream); line: 1, column: 16], reason=TRANSPORT_ERROR, retryAfter=null, message='null', httpStatusCode=null})
This has been happening for two HOTs.

Expected Results

Confluence should display a broken image or something like that, rather than fails the page to load. 

Actual Results

The whole page fails to load and shows error
