Issue Summary

When editing a page's table with multiple columns and rows, clicking into a row/column cell will sometimes cause the table itself to rapidly flicker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a regular table with multiple columns and rows on a page and Publish.
2. Click the page's edit icon.
3. In edit mode, click on a table cell with the intent to input content. Observe the flickering.

Expected Results

Users should be able to edit the table cells without seeing flickering.

Actual Results

Table flickers to the extent that editing is difficult to impossible.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
