Issue Summary

Under some specific conditions, opening a space to which you don't have access will not present the default "Request access to space" page. Rather, the experience gets stuck on a blank page, preventing the user from requesting access.

Steps to Reproduce

The exact conditions under which this is reproduced are unclear. The steps to replicate the symptom are:

1. Open a Confluence site as a Confluence admin
2. Go to Settings > Space permissions
3. Select a space you don't have access to

Expected Results

"Request access to space" screen is presented

Actual Results

"Request access to space" screen does not load, getting stuck on a blank page.

Workaround

The experience may be affected by network/browser restrictions. As such, replicating the steps using a different browser or while connected to a different network may resolve the issue.
