Issue Summary

Inline comment count not displaying on Confluence database cells for a specific customer, despite inline comments being present and open.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Customer adds inline comments to cells within a Confluence database table.

1. Comments are left in the open state (not resolved or deleted).

1. Observe the database cell where the comment was added.

Expected Results

The database cell should display an inline comment count indicator, reflecting the number of open inline comments attached to that cell.

Actual Results

For the affected customer, the inline comment count indicator does not appear on the database cell, even though there are open inline comments present.

Note: This issue is not reproducible on other instances; on test instances, the inline comment count displays as expected.

Workaround

No known workaround at this time. The issue appears to be isolated to a single customer environment and cannot be replicated elsewhere.
