Currently, the User Access feature in Confluence Cloud only shows information about spaces and content items that the user running the report has access to. It does not include restricted spaces or content items, even for site or Confluence admins.

We would like to request that Confluence admins be able to see access information across all spaces and content, regardless of the running user’s current permissions, similar to the capabilities provided by the Admin Key feature.

Use Case

In larger organizations, admins are often responsible for auditing user access, troubleshooting permission issues, or preparing compliance reports. Currently, they cannot see access details for spaces that are restricted from their own view, limiting their ability to provide accurate and complete support.
