Issue Summary

The Unresolved inline comments are not showing up on a page however we could see them under the database and also under the third party app see all unresolved comment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence page, 
2. We see all the comments as resolved. 
3. However under the third patry app : "see all unresolved comment" it shows the comments as unresolved. 
4. When we review under the database it also reflects some comment as unresolved. 

Expected Results

There shouldn't be any mismatch in the unresolved and resolved comment. 

Actual Results

We are seeing mismath in the unresolved comment on the page and database.

Workaround

No workaround as of now.
