Issue Summary
Certain databases with Jira work item fields are experiencing inconsistent row loading, and scrolling does not render additional rows.
Refreshing the page does not fix the issue, and users may observe varying rows.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a database with a Jira work item field that was previously a text field
- Scroll to the bottom to observe the number of rows
- Use the 'Select All' feature to select all rows to identify deficiencies
- (The 'Select All' option is available in the new refresh user interface)
Expected Results
All rows should load continuously as the user scrolls to the bottom.
Actual Results
Rows load only a limited amount during page load and fail to load additional rows.
Workaround
Change the field type of the Jira work item field to something else (ex. text). If you are having trouble opening the field settings panel, you can go to a view with the Jira work item field hidden, expand an entry in the side panel, then click on the Jira work item field from the entry panel.
Another workaround is to hide the problematic Jira work item field.
