Issue Summary

When comments are added to the older version of the Database view, some of the comments disappear in the current version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a database
2. Add comments to a cell
3. Open version history, select a previous version with comment threads, and add comments to a thread

Expected Results

When switching back to the current version, all the comments should be visible 

Actual Results

When switching back to the current version, some of the comments from other threads no longer appear (though they're all still there in the comments panel).

Workaround

Missing comments are shown in the comments panel. However, they are not aligned to the same thread.
