Issue Summary

A page that contain data inside an Expand macro and is included via the Include Page macro on a 2nd page doesn't render correctly when the Include macro is within a 2 or 3 columns layout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new page with expand macro, with come content in.
2. create a new page with 2 or 3 columns layout, add include macro in one of the column, include the above page.
3. the include macro can't display the content in expand macro correctly.

Expected Results

The included page should render as expected regardless of the Include Page macro being inside a 2 or 3 columns layout.

Actual Results

The included page doesn't render correctly.

Workaround

Take the Include page macro outside the 2 or 3 columns layout in the "destination" page.
