Issue Summary

When including app "Questions for Confluence" in a CCMA migration, after all spaces are migrated, the app "Questions for Confluence" remains stuck in the Ready state and never begins. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a CCMA plan containing "Questions for Confluence"
2. Once spaces are migrated, "Questions for Confluence" is stuck in Ready state

Expected Results

Successful migration of "Questions for Confluence" app

Actual Results

The migration of app "Questions for Confluence" remains stuck in Ready state and never begins

Workaround

1. Disable and re-enable Questions for Confluence app - this might be enough to re-register the listener, and then it should get picked up by CCMA.
2. If this does not work, a full restart of your Confluence instance might be required.
