Issue Summary

When the auto convert settings are ON (either at the space level or at the global level), templates should simply convert/behave like a Cloud editor template when all template elements are already supported for conversion.

Currently, the convert button is available and fails upon clicking:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure that the auto convert setting is on (either at the space level or at the global level).
2. Access a space manage templates screen at https://INSTANCE_URL.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPACE_KEY/settings/look-and-feel/templates
3. Check for Legacy templates that have the Convert button available and click on it.

Expected Results

The convert button shouldn't show up when auto-convert is on.

Actual Results

The button shows up and fails with "We can't display the template" error message upon clicking on it.

Workaround

Ignore the button for now and if auto-convert is ON, and the template was supported to be automatically converted (all elements are supported), it will already open in the Cloud Editor upon clicking to edit it.
