Issue Summary

Adding an inline comment highlights the content in yellow. Clicking the highlighted text should open the inline comment associated with it.

However, if an inline comment is added to an image which has a redirection URL configured, it is only possible to visualize the inline comment via the "Show comments" menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using the cloud editor
2. Add an image (attachment) and add a link to this image.
3. Add an inline comment to this image
4. Click on the inline comment button to visualise it

Expected Results

Inline comment is loaded

Actual Results

Inline comment is not loaded and user gets redirected to the configured link.

Workaround

Click on "Show comments" using the bottom-right menu to view all inline comments from the page.
