Issue Summary

Decision Report macro fails to render with "Error rendering macro 'decisionreport': Error occurred while reading stream" when sourcing a page that contains a Decision that is within a Note that ALSO contains a task (action item) physically under the Decision.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a Confluence page, insert a Note macro.
2. Within the Note macro, insert a Decision.
3. Below the Decision (but still within the Note), add a action item from the page's toolbar.
4. Update the page.
5. On another page, insert a Decision Report macro with no filters.
   • Make sure it refers to the space in which the Decision lives.
6. Click Save, and Update the page.

Expected Results

The Decision report displays the page title and Decision created in the first four steps.

Actual Results

The Decision Report throws the error, "Error rendering macro 'decisionreport': Error occurred while reading stream".

Workaround

Remove any action items beneath the Decision contained in the Note.
