Allow Nesting of Excerpt Macro Inside Scroll Conditional Content macro in Confluence Cloud

      Allow users to nest the Excerpt macro within the Scroll Conditional Content  macro. Currently, nesting the Excerpt macro inside the Scroll Conditional Content macro in Confluence Cloud causes the Excerpt macro to be placed outside the Page Properties macro.
