Previously, Confluence Cloud allowed users to see the total number of comments on a page and the specific number of an inline comment (e.g., "Comment 2 of 5") in the comment view. This functionality has been removed, and currently, neither the page view nor the comment view displays the total comment count or the position of a comment within a thread.

Request:
Please consider restoring or reintroducing the ability to:

• Display the total number of comments on a page.

• Show the position/number of each comment within a thread (e.g., "Comment 2 of 5") in the comment view.

This would help users better manage and navigate discussions.
