Issue Summary

When a guest user requests view access to a page, and the request is approved, the page's restriction status changes from Open to Restricted. This occurs even if the guest user already has access to another space. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prepare a guest user and ensure this user is already assigned to a specific space.
2. Create a page in SpaceA using a Confluence user account.
3. Log in as the guest user and attempt to access the new page in SpaceA, then request access.
4. Log in as the Confluence user, click the "Share" button at the top right corner, navigate to "Requests", and approve the view access request from the guest user.
5. Refresh the page and check the page restriction settings.

Expected Results

The page restriction should remain Open because a guest user can only access one space (SpaceA). Approving the view request should not alter the page restrictions in SpaceB.

Actual Results

The page restriction for the test page changes from Open to Restricted.

Impact: Page owners cannot distinguish between requests from guest users and regular users, as they only see a username with a pending access request. Approving a guest user's request inadvertently changes the page's restriction status, which is undesirable.

Workaround

Manually revert the page restriction from Restricted to Open
