Issue Summary
The PDF Macro displays a static image of the first page of the PDF file when viewed in an article in the knowledge base or in the Help Center portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a PDF file using the PDF Macro to a Confluence page that is connected to a Jira Service Desk project as a knowledge base.
- Open the article in the Jira Service Desk Help Center or in the agent's knowledge base.
Expected Results
The PDF Macro should display the PDF as interactive with the possibility to scroll through the pages of the PDF.
Actual Results
A static image of the first page of the PDF is shown.
Workaround
Adding the PDF file to the Confluence page using the "Files and images" option allows customers to download the PDF from the knowledge base article.
