Issue Summary
Users are unable to download files displayed in the Attachments macro added to a knowledge base article when using a multiple help center feature.
We couldn't find what you're looking for
We looked everywhere, but it doesn't exist. It may have been deleted. Unless, of course, the URL has a typo in it.
Steps to Reproduce
Requirements:
- Have a multiple help center created on your JSM Portal (follow these steps: Create and manage help centers)
- Link a knowledge base to your JSM project (follow these steps: Set up your knowledge base)
- Add the Attachments macro to one of your pages. (Follow these steps: Insert the attachments macro)
- Upload a file to your page.
How to reproduce
- Go to your JSM Portal
- Select a different help center (not the /servicedesk/customer)
- Search for the KB page that has the attachments macro added to it
- Click to download one of the files
Expected Results
Download the file.
Actual Results
User is redirected to the Confluence space.
Workaround
- Right click on the link and Open it in a New Tab
- Or, Right click on the file link and click Save As.
