Issue Summary

• In any page with attachments, attempting to create any content via the "+" Create icon in the Page Tree, returns an error if we're on the "Attachments" page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the Attachments page for any page in Confluence with attachments.

   • https://<SITE-NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpageattachments.action?pageId=<Page-Content-ID>

2. While on this page, click on the "+" Create icon, in the Page
   • 
3. You'll hit into this error message

Expected Results

• Users should get a pop-up to select the type of content that they want to create.

Actual Results

• Users hit into a generic error message

Workaround

1. Option 1: Move out of the attachments page, before clicking on the "+" Create icon.
2. Option 2: Use the "Create" near the Confluence header.
