Improve the behavior and messaging for missing databases from Space Import/Export operations

      Issue Summary

      • Currently Databases are not included in the Space export/import operations.
      • But the Database entry is retained in the Page Tree.

      Current behavior

      • Clicking on these imported Databases simply returns a loading screen, indicating that the database is loading, even if there is no data here.
      • We also cannot import any database manually using the CSV/HTML option in this "blank" database.

      Suggested behavior

      • Add a message to indicate that the database data is not included in this blank entry.
      • Allow users to import CSV/HTML backups of databases directly.
