Issue Summary

When clicking on the Apps > Questions button from the Confluence Home, it throws an error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to TENANT-NAME.atlassian.net/wiki/home
2. Click on the Apps > Questions button

Expected Results

Confluence displays the Questions for Confluence app.

Actual Results

When clicking on the Apps > Questions button from the Confluence Home, it throws an error message.

Missing "Questions for Confluence" space

• Go directly to the Questions for Confluence Home space at TENANT-NAME.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CQ/overview.
