Currently, when creating a Jira work item from a Confluence page, the "Site" dropdown lists all Jira environments that the user has access to, such as Production, Sandbox, and Test. This can lead to tickets being inadvertently created in the wrong environment.

For example, a user working in a Confluence Cloud Production instance may only want to create Jira tickets in the corresponding Production Jira environment. To address this, it would be beneficial to have an option to restrict users so they can only create Jira tickets in the same environment as their current Confluence instance. This feature would help maintain consistency and reduce errors in ticket management across environments.
