Problem Definition

Inline comments that are both added and resolved while editing a page are only visible in the Comments panel while in Edit mode and will not be listed while in View mode.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps:

1. Create a new page or edit an existing page
2. Highlight some text and add an inline comment
3. Resolve the inline comment
4. Update or Publish the page
5. Click the 'Show Comments' button and change the filter to 'Resolved'

Expected Results

The resolved comment should be listed while in View mode.

Actual Results

The resolved comment is not listed in View mode, only while in Edit mode.

Suggested Solution

Show all Resolved inline comments while in View mode.

Workaround

The available workaround is:

1. Enter Edit mode on the page
2. Open the Comments panel and change the filter to 'Resolved'
3. Click the 'Reopen' button on the inline comment
4. Update the page
5. Resolve the inline comment while in View mode
