Workaround
While the "View all popular content" feature in Atlassian Home is currently returning an error, users can still view popular content directly within Confluence by using the built-in search and analytics features. To do this:
- Open your Confluence Cloud site (e.g., https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/wiki).
- Use the search bar at the top to search for popular or frequently viewed pages.
- Use Confluence Analytics https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-insights-on-pages. Navigate to Analytics from the space sidebar to view popular pages and content trends within each space.
This allows users to access popular content without relying on the Atlassian Home interface.
