Issue Summary

When the Cards macro in Confluence is configured to use dynamic filters, content that should be displayed as dynamic cards is not visible to users accessing the page anonymously.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Up a space with Anonymous/Public Access
2. Add the Cards Macro
3. Configure the Cards Macro as Dynamic and save it.
4. Open the page in an incognito/private browser window or log out.

Expected Results

Anonymous user should be able to view the Cards Macro.

Actual Results

Anonymous User not able to view the Cards Macro.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
