Issue Summary

There is a discrepancy in the count of active spaces between the Space Report and the Mission Control dashboard in Confluence.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Confluence site settings.
2. Check the active space count displayed under Mission Control.
3. Navigate to Settings > Data Management > Space Report and note the active space count there.
4. Compare the two counts; they do not match.

Expected Results

Both Mission Control and the Space Report should display the same number of active spaces.

Actual Results

The number of active spaces shown in Mission Control differs from the count in the Space Report.

Workaround

For now, use the count from the Space Report or the SQL backend database as the source of truth for active space counts.
