Issue Summary

When the users visit the "mentioned users" and "Viewers" section on the Site analytics, The users get the error message "We couldn't retrieve your data. Please reload the page or contact your site administrator" message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the site analytics and check the search analytics or visit https://siteurl.net/wiki/analytics?user.isExternalCollaborator=false
2. You will get a screen shared in a screenshot
   

Expected Results

We should get the "Mentioned users" and "Viewers" activity of the users on the site.

Actual Results

We get the error message "We couldn’t retrieve your data. Please reload the page or contact your site administrator."

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
