Image captions are showing HTML tags

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an image on any Confluence page or edit the caption on an old one
2. Type any caption
3. Publish the page

Expected Results

The image caption is shown properly

Actual Results

The image caption is shown with HTML tags.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
