Add public endpoint to request a list of add-ons installed. 

It would be useful to have a endpoint that we can query to have a list of the add-ons installed in Confluence supporting Forge, OAuth, and basic Auth. 

To following details would be good to have included in the response: 

• app installation date
• user who installed the app
• app privileges/permissions
• Atlassian user accounts that are using the app
• app publisher/vendor details
• type of the app (Forge/Connect/OAuth 2.0 app)
