      Currently, Atlassian Cloud comes with an internal SMTP server configured to send notifications, and configuring an SMTP mail server is a restricted function.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to configure alternate SMTP Account or an SMTP relay instead of sending from your service with just a modified from address.
